INTRAN follows national guidance at all times.

During each lockdown period, INTRAN immediately activated business continuity plans to ensure continuation of service. In fact, we’ve registered dramatic surges in demand for our services since the start of Covid-19 in March 2020, with a substantial focus on our range of remote options.

Whether you needed to access telephone, video interpreting or translation, our services were available on a 24-hour basis during those periods, in the same way they are in more normal times.

Should new periods of uncertainty incur in the future, we will update this statement to reflect the situation at that moment in time.
