INTRAN Executive Awards

Tanya Tilford, Head of Revenues and Support Services for South Norfolk Council, and Christine Birchall, Corporate Communications and Marketing Manager for Norfolk County Council, won the INTRAN Executives Of The Year Award for ‘Making a Difference’.

This award was received in recognition of their commitment to making their organisation effectively use INTRAN services, as well as for their high level of commitment to the INTRAN Partnership and to ensure that all partners get the best out the Partnership.

Both executives have used an array of methods, including innovative ones, to keep staff in the loop with regards to INTRAN as well as raising staff awareness of how to successfully use our services.

Tanya noted that:

"I was extremely proud to receive the award [for INTRAN Executive of the Year] I felt this was recognition of my contribution to the Executive Committee and to INTRAN as a service. I firmly believe that the INTRAN Partnership is an excellent example of services working together to achieve the same aim - excellent service for all our customers, and I too have learnt a great deal from my colleagues on the Executive".

INTRAN will celebrate its tenth anniversary this year and it is thanks to the high level of commitment of the INTRAN Executives and partners that we have been recognised as a Model of Good Practice nationally.
