Why INTRAN?
The Eastern Region is a very diverse area
There are at least 180 languages spoken in our region alone. There are also hundreds of thousands people who are deaf or hard-of-hearing and live in our area.

Through providing professional interpreters, agencies are able to deliver their best possible service. By providing professional interpreters during the first appointment, public agencies are able to save a lot of staff time, reduce the number of unnecessary appointments, reduce risks and increase quality of service delivery.
INTRAN was created as part of our public commitment and responsibility to provide equal access to services to people, irrelevant of the language barriers.
