Why do I need an ID code ?

• An INTRAN ID code is required to access INTRAN services. Without an ID code, you will not be able to book an interpreter!
• Each department or ward has been issued with an ID code
• The ID code is confidential to the department or ward
• It is important not to display the ID code to avoid improper use
• ID codes are used for invoicing by Language Line, CINTRA, Pearl Linguistics, Deaf ConneXions, Clarion and HITs
• ID codes are important because they provide the means of monitoring service use for our organisation
