Telephone interpreting allows you to work with members of the public whose first language is not English at any time and from almost any location. When you need to communicate with your client, an interpreter is contacted and you can both speak through an interpreter right there on the phone.

Telephone interpreters are completely impartial and confidential. They are not responsible for what is being said at a meeting, only for conveying it accurately. Their job is to relay the information between the non-English speaker and the member of staff.
Telephone interpreters do not act on your behalf. You are the person in control.
