Braille

Braille is the language used by blind or partially sighted people and is alphabetically composed of a series of raised dots on a piece of paper/card/plastic/metal etc. which blind or partially sighted people feel, using their fingertips, to read text that a sighted person would see on a page. Braille requires a special printing process.
